Each year in University of Manitoba Graduate Fellowship, more than $2 million dollars in university graduate fellowships are offered to full-time master’s and PhD students to recognize and support academic excellence. The fellowships are offered to students who have demonstrated superior intellectual ability and academic accomplishment.
Students must be recommended by their department or unit to the Faculty of Graduate Studies for a UMGF.
Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Finance (MFin), and Master of Supply Chain Management (MSCM) are not eligible for the UMGF as these programs do not have a research/thesis component.
